Marketing and Client Solutions Executive

As a Marketing and Client Solutions Executive, you will:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s IT solutions and consulting services to a wider audience.
  • Customize marketing campaigns and content in different sectors (e.g., education, healthcare) to match industry-specific IT needs.
  • Support the business development team by preparing client proposals, marketing decks, and promotional materials tailored to client requirements.
  • Conduct clients’ needs analysis and coordinate with internal technical teams to align service offerings with client expectations.
  • Enhance the company’s brand presence through digital marketing, social media management, event participation, and strategic partnerships.
  • Research market trends and competitor activities to help position the company’s services effectively.
  • Manage client communications, project documentation, and support relationship-building activities to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s or MBA is a plus.
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or client-facing roles within the IT or consulting industry.
  • Understanding of cloud computing, enterprise software, managed IT services, cybersecurity, or similar domains.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good problem solving, analytical capabilities and communication skills.
